Daily Prayer

Father, may our past hold us captive no more. Free us from our habitual way of thinking about it and from being drawn back to the pain of it. You made us to walk in the victory of Jesus Christ, not pain. We choose to ACCEPT the trials and tribulations of our past, knowing that You work all things for Your glory and for our good. We choose to be SATISFIED with our past, believing You can bring beauty from the ashes. And now we THANK YOU for our past, for You are our Redeemer, our Rescuer and our Restorer. Amen.
