Daily Prayer
Dear Lord, help us to surrender our hearts to a heavenly hope and eternal salvation in Jesus Christ today. We surrender, Oh Lord, our gifts and talents. Whatever in our lives has been used by the devil, may it be used no more. We surrender every part of our hearts and lives to the Lord Jesus Christ and to no one else, including ourselves.
What has been used for evil, may it now be used for good. (Genesis 50:20). Lord God, we know You are a God of “suddenly.” We invite you to “suddenly” change evil to good, hate to love, and chaos to peace. You are our Most High God, El Elyon.
We call on the power of Your Holy Name to take everything we surrender and turn it into something beautiful. Turn the ashes to beauty. It says in Your Word that You make all things beautiful in their time. We know You are a God of Love and not hate, for we remember the cross and the sacrifice You made to send Your Son to die for us.
We are not ignorant of the wiles of the devil. We declare the victory of Jesus Christ in our lives, our family, our whole house and our country, Lord God. You are able and we choose to enter into Your victory today, united in faith. Amen and amen for it’s in Jesus’ Name we pray.
