Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Daily Prayer
Dear Lord, help us to make good decisions–decisions that won’t hurt others or ourselves. We need Your help and guidance. Thank You Lord, for leading us on paths of righteousness. Help us not to disregard Your voice of instruction or warning. There is so much at stake.
Thank You for teaching us about mercy. May we meditate on Your mercy toward us, so that we can more easily forgive others and even ourselves. We know it is Your will to forgive, Lord. Help us.
Self-discipline reaps much fruit. We desire to be fruitful in Your Kingdom here on earth, so that Your glory will be revealed. May we all humble ourselves before You and be saved from all our iniquities. Psalm 103:2-3 speaks of Your benefits and how You forgive all our iniquity and heal us of all our diseases. Help us to do our part in coming to You, Father so we can take part in all Your benefits.
Blessed be Your Mighty Name! Thank You for Your great meekness, Lord. May we reflect the righteousness of Your Son, Jesus Christ especially in this season. Blessed are You, Lord! In Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
