Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.
Daily Prayer
Dear Lord, we come to You in humble adoration, adorned with the blood of Christ and ask forgiveness for the greed in our hearts. We confess our selfish desires for wealth, power, position and even food. Lord, create in us a clean heart and renew a right spirit within us (Psalm 51:10), according to Jesus Christ.
Help us to be like Jesus, not the world. Help us to cast off the works of darkness and put on the whole armour of light according to Your righteousness (Romans 13:12). With You, all things are possible. As You bring things to the surface Lord, help us to acknowledge the truth and lay it at Your feet, so we can be holy like You are holy.
With God, all things are possible. Save us, Abba Father. Save our nation. Thank You for remembering us according to Your loving kindness and tender mercies. May they be multiplied toward us this day, in Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
