Daily Prayer
Dear Lord, thank You for helping us to be still so that we can truly meditate on Your kindness toward us. May we soak up Your goodness to us like honey pouring from the honeycomb–all Your many blessings of healing and provision, from the most simple to the most grand. Help us to breathe You in slowly and deeply, for You desire to nourish not only our body, but our heart.
The more we count our blessings, the more we see You and the more Your heart is attracted to us. May we bask in the glow of Your pleased countenance toward us. Thank You for helping us to receive not only countless blessings, but more of You and who You are. You are a good, good Husband and we adore You.
We thank you and we praise You. May Your Great Name continue to be lifted up all over the earth so You can receive the honor You deserve and so Your glory will completely drown out the sound of evil in the world. Help us to hear life and speak life, Lord and no more evil. In Jesus’ Great Name we pray. Amen.
