Father, we are tired. We are worn. We have put on the armor of God. We have done all and we stand. The enemy is relentless, and we feel continually bombarded by his fiery arrows. You give us victory after victory, and we praise You for them all, but a short time after the victory there are more arrows. We again hear the sounds of oppression, guilt, and fear and we feel the push of doubt. The battle is Yours, Lord. Fight for us. We invite You into all the places around us where the enemy has invaded and set up camp—pride, lies we have believed, and traps we have fallen into. Deliver us once and for all, and help us rest in You. Bless Your people with strength and with the peace of God that passes all understanding. May we no longer see, hear or feel the enemy or his tactics. We give up the knowledge of good and evil, so that we can be reunited in the Garden with You, enjoying Your fellowship in Perfect Love and peace, the way You designed it from the beginning.
