Father, thank You for teaching us how to submit to Your authority, for leading us gently on the path of righteousness, which is for Your Name’s sake and for our good. Jesus taught us by example how to surrender to Your will, to Your authority and to Your leadership. You are trustworthy of all we have and all we are. Because we have offered ourselves up to You and taken a position of surrender, You have the freedom to move in front of us to shield us from anything that could come against us in Jesus’ Name.
We choose to bow down in humble adoration, in holy humility, stationed at the foot of the cross where Your love—Your shield covers us. This is where Your glory rises up and over our lives, so all can see the power of Your Great Name. Thank You for lifting our heads, so that we can see You. We praise You, Father! Thank You, Lord Jesus! Amen!
