3 John 4 is a Bible verse where John expresses his feelings upon hearing a report about his students. In his letter to Gaius, John expresses joy, knowing that his brother in Christ is walking in the truth.
What is truth?
Jesus said He is the truth.
John 14:6 I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
He also said God’s Word is the truth.
John 17:17 Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth.
So what truth do you walk in?
What is Your Truth?
Satan will say that you are a sinner, a liar, that you are worthless and God could not love you or forgive you. Do you walk in that, believing the lies of Satan? If you do, then that is your truth.
OR…
Do you walk in the truth of Jesus and God’s Word?
because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
The Bible says that if we confess our sins and believe in our heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, we are saved. Do you believe this is your truth? Because if you are saved, IT IS!!!
It is time for Christians to walk like children of God, with our head up knowing that our sins are forgiven, knowing God’s love for us, and knowing that Heaven is our ultimate destination.
As you read this, you may find yourself going through very trying times. But know this, that is not your truth!!!
God knows you will go through the trials of life, but he says that is not your truth. He says Because you are Mine, you will have peace and victory.
I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.
Study the Bible verse of 3 John 4 to know and believe the love of God as the truth.
