Daily Prayer

Thank You, Lord for hearing our prayers, big and small. Thank You for tuning into the deep cries of our hearts. Help us be still before You as you come in and remove the ashes—the scars from old wounds—and heal our hearts. Your mercy is so much greater than judgment, and because of the cross, we can confidently accept it into the depth of our souls, even when it doesn’t feel like mercy. Help us to stand still in faith even when we don’t understand. We trust You.

May the sounds of Your love be louder than the sounds of doubt. May the acts of Your love break through in the most difficult and unlikely places, for with You all things are possible. Thank You for the impossible, and thank You for our daily bread, Lord. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
