He rescued me from my strong enemy and from those who hated me, for they were too mighty for me.

Lord, words are not adequate to express our gratitude and thanksgiving for saving us from our enemies—those who have had power over us—in the world and in spiritual places of wickedness. You have rebuked the oppressor and rescued us from our strong enemy, from those who hated us and from those who were too mighty for us. We praise You for Your goodness, for Your mercies and unfathomable love for us.

Thank You for the covering of Jesus Christ, Who shields us from the might of Your holiness, for without Him we would be consumed. Thank You for the precious blood of Jesus Christ, for by Him we are saved. Our hope is in Christ. Our lives are in His Hand this day and forever more. Go before us and clear the path to show the world Your Amazing Love. In Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
