Daily Prayer – Ruth 2:12
May the Lord reward your work, and your wages be full from the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to seek refuge.
Prayer
Thank You, Lord, that You are enough. It is not man that we serve, but You. Even when we do a great job and are not recognized or rewarded for it, we can rest in the fact that You are pleased, for it is You we serve, not a boss.
You know the efforts we put in and the attitude and heart with which we do it. You have given us gifts for the work of our hands, and You can bring glory to your name from our work and we ask that You do so.
We serve You, Lord. In Jesus’ Name we pray, amen.
