Daily Prayer – Revelation 19:8
And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.
Prayer
Father, help us to remember the result of our obedience in doing the difficult is up to You. Give us strength to endure the disappointment from a lack of response from others to the truth.
Our hardships are a mere drop in a bucket compared to the pain You have felt as your people turn away from your commands, from following the truth–your Son. Maybe that’s why it hurts so much, because they are rejecting the Lord Jesus, for He is the truth.
Give us strength and multiply your love and mercy toward us, Lord. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
