Daily Prayer – Psalm 30:11-12

You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness, 12 To the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever.

Prayer

Lord, the entry of your empowering love goes deep–deeper than we knew was possible. The depth of your gifts is mind-boggling and even shocking, for it is so foreign from what we are accustomed to. Oh, the depth and riches of your grace! You make all things beautiful in its time…and so You are, Lord.

Thank You for removing the reproach of our widowhood. You alone are our Husband and our Maker. We praise You, Lord. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
