Daily Prayer – Psalm 145:9

The Lord is good to all, And His mercies are over all His works.

Prayer

Father God, help us to look beyond the lies to the truth of your word. Many times, we must reach past the feelings the lies can bring to the surface and look instead to the clarity and hope of your Word. It is the only truth. You are the rock, our Savior and Friend, the way the truth and the life.

We must remember what You have spoken to us, the promises You made us, even when it seems unlikely or even impossible. You are the resurrection and the life, and we choose to believe You, Lord.

Thank You for consistency, for your faithfulness and truth. Where there is truth, there is light. Lead us out into the light, Lord. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
