Daily Prayer – Psalm 12:5
“For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, Now I will arise,” says the Lord; “I will set him in the safety for which he yearns.”
Prayer
Father, thank You for purifying the path in front of us, so you can meet us there. So much work and preparation have gone into the entry of the Kingdom of Heaven on earth, and it is no small feat. It takes everything we’ve got to follow You. For our salvation, it required the life of your Son. How can we not surrender those things in our lives that you ask of us? Help us, Lord and have mercy. We thank you for it in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
