Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, “Peace be with you.”
Prayer
Thank you, Lord, for going ahead of us into work, into our day and our evening. With your leadership, we can cast off the heavy burdens of life, of work, of caregiving, of figuring things out. You are God and we are not. There is rest in your leadership. You promised to take care of everything.
Help us to trust you as we release the reigns. Help us to tune our listening to your mercy and grace and not fall victim to the enemy’s lies and deceit in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
