Daily Prayer – James 5:16

Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

Prayer

Father, whatever deficiencies we see in others, help us to pray for them when they need courage, morality, strength and valor. Whatever we pray and do for others comes back to us in some form.

We pray for your mercy, strength and wisdom to recognize what others need and to pray for them, no matter how much our feelings try to get in the way. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
