Daily Prayer – James 4:10 (NASB)

Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you.

Prayer

Father God, thank you for teaching us that it’s not about how we appear to others; it’s about the posture of our hearts in submission to you. That is how we hear your voice and feel the nudge of the Holy Spirit guiding us, teaching us and sharing with us. Thank you for granting us wisdom when we ask, Lord. We trust that we will not be ashamed and our enemies will be turned back. In Jesus’ name, amen.
