The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, Because the Lord has anointed me To bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to captives And freedom to prisoners;

Prayer

Lord God, thank You for the passionate ways you love your bride and go before her to defend her and everything You say is hers. We are children of the King, and you are among us even now rescuing, delivering, healing and redeeming. What an amazing God you are–faithful, true, fiercely passionate and absolutely beautiful. Your glory is mesmerizing. Give us eyes to see you, Lord. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
