But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ

Lord, thank You that You have pierced the toughest layers of anger and hostility with your love and mercy. Help us to follow your lead and forgive, even the things that are hard to forgive.
The cross is our example of how to lay it all down, even when it’s painful to let go. The resentment and hostility are so powerful, but your love is the greatest of all and there is nothing You can’t do.
You said, “It is enough.” We believe You and stand with You in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
