Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice

Prayer

Father, thank You for laughter. Thank You for the challenges and opportunities to grow and exercise patience, assertiveness and kindness. We surrender to your leadership in our emotions and our thoughts. Give us the courage to receive more of You.

We are sometimes afraid of not only the bad, but the good. Help us to stand firm, believing our worth in Christ so we can receive and even pursue You. Your gifts are so big it’s hard to breathe sometimes. Ground us, Lord so we can have more of You and You can have more of us in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
