1 Corinthians 2:16
For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he will instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.

And He directed the people to sit down on the ground; and taking the seven loaves, He gave thanks and broke them, and started giving them to His disciples to serve to them, and they served them to the people.
They also had a few small fish; and after He had blessed them, He ordered these to be served as well. And they ate and were satisfied; and they picked up seven large baskets full of what was left over of the broken pieces. About four thousand were there…”
Jesus provided an example of mind over matter. Though it looked as though there was not enough to feed the people, Jesus used his mind (by believing and expecting), and then He blessed it and gave thanks for it.
Most of us have no idea just how powerful the combination of faith and thanksgiving can be.
The Mind of Christ Revealed
Let’s look at what Jesus did in Mark 8:14-20.
14 And they had forgotten to take bread, and did not have more than one loaf in the boat with them.
15 And He was giving orders to them, saying, “Watch out! Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.” 16 They began to discuss with one another the fact that they had no bread.
17 And Jesus, aware of this, said to them, “Why do you discuss the fact that you have no bread? Do you not yet see or understand? Do you have a hardened heart?
18 Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear? And do you not remember, 19 when I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces you picked up?”
They said to Him, “Twelve.”20 “When I broke the seven for the four thousand, how many large baskets full of broken pieces did you pick up?” And they said to Him, “Seven.”
Jesus was saying don’t get caught up in the things you see with your eyes. The facts don’t matter when we’ve got Jesus Christ living inside of us.
Access the Feelings of Christ!
We have access to the thoughts, feelings and will of Jesus Christ! Enlarge your faith! Focus on Jesus inside you. Fresh faith brings fresh provision. If you need help believing for something you can’t see, hear or feel, ask Him.
Ephesians 3:11-12 (ESV) says, “This was according to the eternal purpose that he has realized in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in him.”
He will help you believe if you ask Him. He will give you awareness of His mind, emotions and will inside you, if you ask Him. You have the mind of Christ.
