Daily Prayer – 1 Corinthians 10:13
No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
Daily Prayer
Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. Each of us have weaknesses and temptations that we struggle with. As we surrender to Your perfect will, help us to choose the way of escape that You have provided us. Your Word says You give the gift of righteousness. We humbly accept that gift as we follow Jesus Christ.
Empower us in the righteousness of Christ, in our thoughts, desires and actions so we will resemble Jesus in every way. The reward of righteousness is more of You–more Love—which we desperately need and desire. Take over, Lord, as we take cover in You. In Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
