Thank You, Father, for leading us one step at a time to dismantle the pride in our hearts, which prohibits us from knowing Your sovereignty and Your great love for us. What seems like a hardship is actually working righteousness in our lives. With Your help, the pressure points of conflict and difficult circumstances restore righteousness and peace.

How refreshing is the gentle pleasure of Your Presence! We can do nothing without You. No amount of diplomacy on our part can bring peace like You do. Father, as individuals and as nations, we bow before the cross to the One Who died for us. We shelter ourselves under the blood of Jesus Christ and hide in the shelter of Your Great Name. In this way, we humble ourselves before You and worship You, our King.

We recognize You as Sovereign, as our Creator and our Heavenly Father, Lord God. Be pleased to come and shower us with Your rest, Your heavenly provision and the brightness of Your Presence. We honor You, Lord, by honoring the Name of Your Son Jesus Christ. We bless You and love You, for You first loved us. In Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
