Prayer of Repentance-Matthew 25:40

And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

Prayer of Repentance

Lord God, help us to see the truth in our hearts and where we have fallen victim to the devil’s schemes and followed him instead of You. We acknowledge our sin before You and ask for Your forgiveness.

We choose to repent and come out from under the authority of the father of lies and we come running to You and Your mercy, Lord. We humble ourselves at the foot of the cross where Your blood was shed for us.

Thank You Lord, that you made a way for us to be free from sin, free from oppression and the weight of it all. We surrender it all to You. We want to be ready when You come.

Thank You for rest, for freedom and the abundant life You promised in the Kingdom of God. Hallelujah!! We praise Your mighty Name, Jesus!! Amen!
