Daily Prayer – Mark 1:2

As it is written in Isaiah the prophet: “Behold, I send My messenger ahead of You, Who will prepare Your way;

Prayer

Father, thank You for being our Counselor. As hard as it is to accept the pain of the past, You want to move in and replace the pain with healing, rewards and Kingdom living but we must get our judgments out of the way. The only righteous Judge is You. We’ve been so angry that we weren’t able to control the things that hurt us or the ones we love, and we’ve been mad at you and judging you for our pain.

Forgive us, Lord. We remember the cross and we choose to look past the pain to see the gift and we thank You, Lord. We receive the gift in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
