Daily Prayer – Psalm 23:1 (KJV)

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

Prayer

Lord God, thank You for your great and grand promises. You are bringing them to pass according to our level of faith. Help us to look past the world to the kingdom of Heaven where You are seated at the right hand of God. Everything we yearn for is in You, and You are in us by faith.

Give us the proper perspective so we can see You, so that we can see we already have the thing we are desperately yearning for. We can have peace in an instant no matter our circumstances, simply by putting our faith in You and not ourselves, someone else or the world. Thank You, Father. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
