Daily Prayer – Habakkuk 3:18

Yet I will triumph in the Lord, I will rejoice in the God of my salvation.

Prayer

Father, thank You that everything is in your hands. You are God our Father, our Savior and Friend. You are in full control, fully capable and fully trustworthy with everyone and everything. How can we question You or your intentions?

Help us remember the cross and the brutal crucifixion and death of your Son, Jesus. You did it for us, because of your endless love for your people who You created out of the depth of your heart and desire for relationship with us.

We surrender our worries, burdens and our pain to the One who can sustain and carry them and carry us, Lord. In Jesus’ Name we pray, amen.
