Daily Prayer – Psalm 27:1

The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?

Prayer

Father, thank You for laughter. Thank You for the brightness of your presence among us. Even in the heartache You are near, eager to bestow gifts of all kinds to your children. You love to hear us laugh and have fun in the sweetness of your spirit and your presence.

Thank You for helping us to see You through others–their words, kindnesses, skills and talents. You are an amazing God, Father, Brother, Sister and Friend. Perfect harmony is the goal and You are bringing it to pass.

Thank You for showing us the way. You know when to go full speed and when to come to a complete stop and redirect us. Your leadership and protection is intoxicating. Thank You for the power of the blood in Jesus’ Holy Name. Amen.
